Only 26 sleeps to go
I hope you are all having a great week and I do hope you have managed to do some scrapbooking this week????
This week (just in time for Christmas) is a gorgeous Card Sketch by one of our CISters Sue Jones. Thanks Sue for such a lovely card and a beautiful card sketch.
I am really enjoying creating these digital sketches but I do have a few things to learn still (more like a dozen) but it's so much fun.
Here is the gorgeous card created by Sue - thanks for sharing with us Sue!!!!
Here is the hand drawn sketch by Sue!
Here is my card - "Merry Christmas". I have used some of the Basic Grey Figgy Pudding range of pp and part of a card kit - both bought at Crafting in Style!
Here is a layout by Tam, using the card sketch - great idea Tam and I just love that photo - I think we all need to do a layout like this one!!! Tam has used the alphas, BG periphery olive, periphery merlot and the some of the blossoms from the Crafting in Style Shop!
Now hold onto your seats - our most enthusiastic team member this month is Terri!!!! Terri has created not 1, not 2, not even 3 cards but a grand total of 7 cards - what a great start to the Christmas craziness. Thanks for your gorgeous cards Terri.
Now here is a gorgeous alternative to cards and layouts and still using the same sketch and turning the sketch around a wee bit to suit the project. Nae has created these gorgeous pencil holders - wouldn't these beauties look great on your desk or if you "have" to give them away they would look great on someone elses desk lol.
Thank you to Sue, Tam, Terri and Nae for creating such lovely cards, layouts and OTP.
Well ladies I am sure this will inspire YOU ALL to go out and create some beautiful cards or layouts or even step outside your comfort zone and create a beautiful OTP.
Don't forget to make sure to share your gorgeous creations with us in the Crafting in Style Sketch Gallery !!!
Next week is another gorgeous layout by one of our CISters - I will keep you guessing for now.
Make sure to pop into the forum on Friday as there is a very special person celebrating her birthday tomorrow - so come in and say Happy Birthday to her.
Crafting in Style are also running a Christmas Workshop so make sure to pop into the shop and for a small fee you can have access to all these gorgeous projects.
Have a great week ladies and I hope to "see" you all online and please don't forget to leave a lovely comment for our talented Sketch Blog Team.
Happy Scrapping
